Larissa is the CEO and Chief Culture Creator of Diversity Flow, a Minority Woman-Owned boutique consulting firm that specializes in shifting workplace cultures by creating an inclusive environment and breaking down barriers for diversity, equity and inclusion to thrive.

We focus on bringing organizations along their DEI journey by developing innovative DEI strategies, programming and action plans that empower companies to improve business culture, create a sense of belonging, cultivate teamwork and foster innovation, while achieving optimal business performance.

Before actualizing Diversity Flow, Larissa spent several years in the media industry as the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Partner for The E.W. Scripps Company, where she developed, managed and implemented the companies first ever 5-year DEI strategy.

Prior to Scripps she spent nearly 15 years at The Kroger Company, the largest traditional grocery retailer in the country. What began as a love for Customer Loyalty Marketing, led to a lifetime career and passion for diversity, equity and inclusion. Often being the only one in the room of executives and men, her mantra to was to make a space for women and people of color in all rooms, because We Belong.
